Our community is managed by property owners and by a volunteer Board of Directors. If you are considering purchasing property here, please familiarize yourself in advance with our Association By-Laws and Covenants attached below. (All Sections of the community have the same covenants.)

River Ridge lies in both Hardy and Hampshire counties in eastern West Virginia. Contact the Assessor's Office in the respective county for information about building codes or copies of plats or sections you may need.
