These are intended as a general reference only and are not intended for use as governing contract documents. The contract documents governing the River Ridge Property Owners Association are/were provided to each property owner at the time of property purchase by the settlement attorney and they are filed with the Clerk of the Court of Hampshire and Hardy Counties respectively.
