The bylaws and covenants provided herein are for general reference only and to reflect Association Authorized adjustments.  These are intended as a general reference only and are not intended for use as governing contract documents.  The contract documents governing the River Ridge Property Owners Association are/were provided to each property owner at the time of property purchase by the settlement attorney and they are filed with the Clerk of the Court of Hampshire and Hardy Counties respectively. 

As required by the governing bylaws, the corporate business records of the River Ridge Property Owners Association are available, during reasonable business hours, for inspection at the home of Association President, Mr. Clyde Dewitt ,  21 Reymann Drive, River Ridge, Yellow Spring, West Virginia 26865.  by phone at 304 874 4291 or by email at  cdewitt@erols.com.  If any property Owner in good standing is interested in reviewing the documents, please contact Mr. Dewitt directly.
